Snowflower

Winter isn’t always at the top of the list when people ask about their favorite season, I think it is quite underrated. Yeah, the subzero temperatures are inhibitive and the mounds and mounds of snow and the work that comes with it grows old. But the beauty it presents is magical. One of my favorite scenes in this winter wonderland is the snowflakes collected in flowers of seasons past. Ina way, the snow creates a new set of petals.

Next time it snows, I encourage you to take a break and go out and smell the flowers. You might be surprised at what you find.
