Day 339
Our family is growing.
No, we are not having another child. We did not get more pets. We also haven't added any chickens or other farm animals. Yet, we are growing
In inflatables.
Driving around the community and looking at holiday decorations is one of our favorite activities. Seeing the explosion of the inflatable decorations has been especially exciting for our kids. When we first brought one to our home, words can’t describe their level of joy. Of course, you can’t get just one. Whenever we go to the store, they immediately want to check out if they have any inflatables. Considering the stores we frequently have extensive decorations throughout the year to celebrate pretty much every holiday, they don't have to look far. In fact, one of the motivating factors for them to go shopping with us is to check out the inflatable collection. Though we don’t pick up a new inflatable every visit, we are definitely tempted to. The after holiday clearance shelves are a great way to stick up for new inflatables for the following year.
But sometimes, opportunities are just too good to pass up. My wife and I recently saw a few Black Friday deals we couldn't resist. Now we have three new inflatables. Of course, all three have special connections. We added a new Minion inflatable, perfect to go along with the other Minion inflatables we have from other holidays and for the wooden Minion cutouts we have by our front door. We also added a Mickey Mouse inflatable. We have been blessed to go to DisneyWorld on a few occasions and have thoroughly enjoyed the happiest place on earth. While our budget limits our Disney excursions to watching movies online, the new Mickey Mouse inflatable brings a little bit of magic to our inflatable family. Our third new inflatable addition is the Grinch, one of our son’s favorite movie characters. If you’re at our house in December, there’s a good chance you’ll see this movie on a screen.
Feel free to drive by Craneview on Plainview and enjoy our inflatable family’s new additions. I am pretty positive our family will continue to grow for many years to come.
