For those of you who have been following our farm journey, you know restoration is at the center of what we are doing with this wonderful land we are happy to call home. Much of this restoration work has been on the wide open spaces, changing a field of degraded wetland full of invasive grasses into a diverse and colorful native plant and flower paradise. While this work isn’t done, we are putting more attention on our wooded areas. Besides removing dead ash trees, we are focusing on buckthorn.
