Ae you catching my drift? Everyone needs to find a way to battle the doldrums of daily life and the persistent pressures that take away from existence’s enjoyment. I suggest to take a hike. A simple but effective solution. Research consistently shows how time outside can enhance physical and mental well-being. Add in a spiritual connection to Mother Nature and you’re adding even more benefits to time on the great outdoors.

So, to find some balance myself, I should take my own advice and take a hike.
